The challenge. For 25 years, the world’s leading paints and coatings manufacturer (AkzoNobel) have challenged us to build long term relationships between their brand portfolio (Dulux Trade, Cuprinol, Polycell Trade, Armstead and Hammerite) and their diverse range of professional customers – from painting contractors and decorators, through to specifiers.
The work. Over the years, we’ve produced in-store POS, press ads, product guides and colour cards, sales toolkits and DM pieces. We’ve also done sales promotions, packaging design, managed exhibitions and created educational videos. In fact, you name it and chances are we’ve probably had a hand in creating it.
The results. We’ve been successful in reinforcing each brand’s relationship with its customers, and strengthened key distribution channels across the UK. We’ve also helped grow customer confidence in both knowledge and application. But at the end of the day, our proudest achievement has been to maintain a 25-year relationship with our client. One that still happens to be going strong.
