The challenge. The Co-operative Group is a huge national network spanning multiple sectors. Responding to the day-to-day demands of this large, fast-paced business has been a welcome challenge for us over the last twenty years. And when dealing with contacts from across its 70,000-strong employee base, the pressure is on to continue performing for all areas of the business, while at the same time understanding the nuances of each.
The work. Over the years, the Co-op has required an extensive range of services, from strategic planning through to support on new service launches, as well as internal communications and events. Our back-catalogue of content includes printed literature, website copy, targeted email campaigns, infographics and animated videos. And, most recently, we supported the national rollout of the new-look Co-op brand. In short, Co-op trusts us to deliver a dedicated, diverse service, supporting a healthy and exciting pipeline of work.
The results. Working with the Co-op for over twenty years has helped us forge a solid partnership with them and, together, we now operate like a single team. A team that, in the past four years, has produced over 35,000 pieces of artwork for food marketing alone, including over 2,400 local store launches, refits and relocations. We think it’s a great relationship and we hope it continues for many decades to come.
