JD Williams, a leading fashion retailer, has recently been rebranded to, ‘JD Williams The Lifestore’. This new look and tone of voice celebrates the attitudes, interests and ambitions of its female customers.

We’ve supported this process by delivering their message and new autumn campaign, with refreshed creative and copy across all channels to bring this new rebrand to the target audience.

For our creatives, this has involved writing and designing direct mailers to new and existing customers, as well as creating concepts for new brand services including unlimited delivery and email subscription. In fact, our work has been so well received by the brand, we’re now re-writing all of web & email content, ensuring tone of voice is consistent across all categories.

We can’t wait to see what comes next for THE LIFESTORE, and we’re thrilled to support them in helping customers ‘live a more colourful life’.
